I thought this picture was pretty cool! |
SET
LIST |

| Wasn't sure I was gonna go but decided,
basically at the last minute to go... Made a sign advertising that I had
no ticket... stood around with the rest of the heads... A nice lady that
had also been looking for a ticket came over and said that they were
forming a line for will-call and that they would be selling a limited
number of tickets at the box office in a bit so I got in that line and got my ticket. THANKS
LADY!!! Her picture appears above right. I had been communicating with a fellow DeadHead via MySpace and we had agreed to look for each other after getting there... well, as I'm standing in line to go in the guy who happens to be lined up behind me goes, "Hey, could you be the guy?" That was very cool. The first set rocked!!! Before the second set I met a gentleman named Ben, his picture appears above... He's originally from Vermont but had come out to attend Berkeley and had recently moved to the City a month or so ago. What you can't see is that he has cerebral palsy and is in a wheel chair... (And I thought I overcame challenges to attend...) I sat on a bench in the foyer for about 30 minutes during the second set... my feet were hurting pretty bad... (Getting old sucks) After that I was able to go back in for the last few tunes and the encore. It was grate!!! -The Kid |
